This makes it crucial that homebuyers have a Realtor representing them and their best interests. The agent whose name is on the sign in the yard represents the seller and is looking to get the seller the best deal possible.

If you are on the fence about selling your home, keep in mind that the most serious buyers are looking to sign a contract and close between March 1st - May 31st. If you list after May 31st, your window of opportunity might close to get the most money in the quickest amount of time for your home.
