Birmingham AL Real Estate
BUYING A HOME 101:
Did you know that Alabama is a "Buyer Beware" state? This means the obligation is on the buyer to discover any conditions that affect his or her decision to purchase a property. This makes it crucial that homebuyers have a Realtor representing them and their best interests. The agent whose name is on the sign in the yard represents the seller and is looking to get the seller the best deal possible.
I show my clients how to avoid the pitfalls that a home purchase can present and get the best deal possible with the least amount of stress. And the best part is there is no extra cost to them for my representation!
SELLING A HOME 101:
Did you know that Peak Selling/Buying Season might be earlier than you think? If you are on the fence about selling your home, keep in mind that the most serious buyers are looking to sign a contract and close between March 1st - May 31st. If you list after May 31st, your window of opportunity might close to get the most money in the quickest amount of time for your home.
I show my clients how to strategically price and stage their home to get the highest sales price in the shortest amount of time. I take the stress of selling their home off their plate by negotiating the best deal, so all they have to worry about is packing!
